How many data records can be handled in Customer Insights?

My customer is looking to replace their CDP and has a very large amount of data.

 

Customer data: 12M records

Product data: 20M records

Purchase data: 200M records

 

Are there any performance issues when using this data volume for analysis, segmentation, etc. in Customer Insights?

Can it be used without performance issues?

What is the maximum amount of data that can be handled?

 

Any opinion makes me very happy.

    It can definitely handle that vollume. The real issue is generslly around preprocessing and etl but even then 12m customers and ,200 million activities is very normal. It should be fine but there are factors that influence it, for instance how much of the data is new and how much can be incrementally refreshed.

    There is no technical maximum. But you shpuld be fine with that volume.

    Storage limit is not an issue provided the right license for the B2B or B2C UPC is procured.

    Data volume described is typical for Customer Insights. I would suggest ingesting the data as CDM in parquet or csv for improved performance.

    Yes. You can comfortably use it without any performance issue

    What is the maximum amount of data that can be handled?
