wrong time information on event website

Hi all,

Iam currently trying to create an event for our own company. We are based in Germany, so I don't want that the timeslots of the agenda are shown with "am" / "pm", but with "Uhr" in this example it should be "12:00 Uhr - 14:02 Uhr". Does anybody have an idea how to do this? My browser settings are in correct zone, also I don't see any option in the settings of the event where I can choose this.

Thank you,

Best regards,

Daniel

    Hello Daniel,

In order to change the time format you'll need to change the system settings of your CRM to have the 24h format.

You can do that by browsing to Advance Settings-> Settings->Administration -> Formats -> Customize-> Time

    Hi Daniel,

Does "Uhr" mean clock in English? For examples: 7:00 Uhr equals 7:00 A.M and 3:00 P.M equals 15:00 Uhr?

If so, the default time format is set to shortTime, and in Angular, the format is equivalent  'h:mm a' (9:03 AM)

So you should make a customization in corresponding file: sessionslistview.component.html in Event portal,

    as below:

Then you'll have a customized time format:

    Thank you Clofly,

you are right the german "Uhr" means "clock" in english. So "07:00 Uhr" is the same like "07:00h" or "07:00 A.M."

    I will try this.

    Thank You Clofly,

I tried to use your information, but as it is a marketing Portal I don't have access to it. Could you please give me a hint and guide me a way how I have access to the code to it? Thank you.

    Best regards,

    Daniel

    Hi Daniel,

You can access portal pages in Portal app:

Try to find whether there is a Web page or Web template record which name containts "sessions".

Please share screenshot if you had met any trouble.:)

    Regards,

    Clofly
