Manage Members and + icon not working in Marketing List

Hi,

When i try to add members under Members subgrid using '+' and Manage Members in Marketing List entity , there is no error thrown but the button is not functioning either.can you tell me why this is happening?

You can try with different Browsers as IE, Chrome etc

and also delete your browser cookies and signed in again.

Hi,

you can try advance find option for adding member, for me also adding user through lookup didnt worked.

Can you please tell me , why this issue comes..And even on saving my marketing list , it doesn't get saved

hi,

Please try selecting the value using "Select option", insted of double clicking the value.

try it.

Hi,

Do you have the access of Marketing List create permission in your assigned security role? What error you are getting ?

Hi Goutam,

Yes i have all the permissions of creating a marketing List...Basically the error is -> When i create the marketing list,its getting saved but saving refresh is still loading at right bottom of the list. And then, when i try to add members using '+' in subgrid, nothing happens..This + and manage members is not working..I don;t understand whats the issue behind this?

Hello,

I have the same issue using the old/classic interface, but the good news is that the functionality works in the new Unified Interface.

Alternatively, if you're still using the old interface, the workaround would be to use the 'Add to Marketing List' button available in the Contact ribbon.
