Dear Experts,

The quantity coming in GIN  (Goods Issue Note) is differing from BOM Quantity in production order…Because of this incorrect quantities are being issued to production.

it seems this mismatch is coming in only when i add the variable scrap Quantity.

I do not understand the logic how this is working.

Version: Ax 3.0

Please help me to understand the Logic.

The scrap quantity varies proportionately to the production or sales order quantity. Normally, this is entered in percentage with respect the requirement quantity defined in Bill of Material.

Hi Bashir, The Quantity comes in transfer journal must be to equal to the gross quantity in BOM....but in my case it varies....can you please tell how this is differed.

Found the reason for this : it is based on the Gross BOM quantity divided by Per Series times Goods issue note quantity.
