AR Aging Report

Hi Guys,

Somewhat new to GP, so sorry for perhaps asking a dumb question.  We are currently running GP 9.0. Is there a way to run an AR aging report today (1/12/2008) as of 12/31/2008, and be able to export it into Excel?  Is there a way to run this report from smartlist?  I'm hoping to stay away from getting involved with the IT intensive procedures.

    Hi BorisM, Yes it IS possible to get the AR aging as of specific date. Goto Reports--> sales--> trial balance. In the Reports list , select Historic Trial Balance. In this option, you have the facility to enter the age as of date. This can be exported to Excel from the destination button.Select File and save either as Tab delimited or CSV. Regards, Feradh

    Hi I have similar issue and wondering if you could help please. when I run this report it has columns for Current, 0-30, 31-60, 61-90 and Balance. The issue I have is that when you add the totals for the 4 columns it doesn not come up to the Balance figure. I assume there are items over 90 days.... How can I get those items as well please? Thanks
