    Hello hawraa,

Every time a change is made to a workflow, a new workflow version is created and saved. You can then decide which workflow version is the one that you want to use by making this version the active one. Please see the following screenprint for details

    Hello Ludwig ..

thank you for your reply, I know that

but i mean I want to create two workflow and activate them at the same time ..

    such as :

I want to create workflow for Po with conditions

    Vender Group =..........

    and amount = ........

also i want to create another workflow with conditions:

    Vender Group =........

    and buyer Group=...

    and amount = .....

I know you can use conditional design but i want separate workflow

    Hello hawraa,

For most workflows you can create a subworkflow that is started through your main workflow.

As an example, you have a workflow that checks something in the PO Header and then starts a line workflow to check something in the PO lines before it goes back to the original PO Header workflow

Have you tried using this functionality?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Hawraa

You should be using workflow activation conditions, this way you can have multiple workflow configurations for the same document type. I know it make it easier to manage the different processes that apply to different types of the same document. Just remember that one needs to be default and this will get kicked off regardless of activation condition if no other workflow activation condition is found
