Dear All,

I am confused in compensation management in D365 FO. I setup the step type fixed compensation and successfully reached the last step where employee validated in ready to pay result as below.

Under the employee result form, system recommended the fixed 5000 compensation as below, so how I integrate this amount in payroll module during generate payments or pay payment, what will be the steps after ready to pay result, I want tp pay this fixed 5000 compensation along with the regular monthly salary.

I have the same question (0)

You need to enable the Generate salary toggle under position assigned to the worker - While creating a earning statement for the worker it will create a salary line for the worker with fixed compensation as a rate. May be the below blog will help you.
