I see from Help > About this window that it opens both. What determines which window gets opened when you click it? It used to open the Sales Process Holds Entry Window, which is what the users need and now has somehow changed to opening the Sales Process Holds Inquiry Window, which adds steps to their going in and removing a hold.

Hi Nola,
The Sales Process Holds Entry Window will open if you pull up a transaction from the Sales Transaction Entry window (Transactions | Sales | Sales Transaction Entry).
The Sales Process Holds Inquiry Window will open if you pull up any transaction from the Sales Order Processing Document Enquiry window and zoom into it (Opens the Sales Transaction Enquiry Zoom window).
