While importing solution getting duplicate key value is

I am getting following error while importing the solution:

Error code 8004801E Exception message Import failed: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK__#SystemU__8788C295F3460DDD'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.#SystemUsers'. The duplicate key value is <redacted>.

Why such error occurs and how to resolve it?
