Inserting an account into the input set doesn't save - Forecaster

Now that Expresslink doesn't work with GP 2013, I have had to manually add GL accounts. I have added my account to my segement and then I add the account to my input set and click save. When I leave the input set and come back in, the account is no longer there. If I click Insert Row, my account is back in the account list.

What am I doing incorrectly?
