Is there a way to set a sales rep to global customers?

You can set the sales rep for the customer the first time you create the customer at the store. From that point forward all changes need to be done at HQ. Since Sales Reps are per store this will no longer work.
If you are looking for something custom to allow you to set a sales rep for each customer per store, please drop me an email and we can discuss what it would take to build a customization to facilitate this.
