Disable/remove a user in one environment

Hi,

We just migrated from on-premises to 365 and have several environments like utv, utv and prod. I'm trying to figure out how to disable or remove a user in utv and uat so the user don't have access to those environments. Is the only option to remove the role assignments? Earlier there was a "Deactivate" button but that is removed now.

Hi Frode,

We will set security groups for instances to divide users access rights.

Hello,

i am using Dynamics 365 v9.0 the button is still there, just make sure you have system administrator or the privilege to manage users.
