The System requirement guide for Management Reporter states in the note the collation should be case insensitive.
The issue is that you can install DynamicsGP on Latin1_General_BIN which is case sensitive.
Can Management Reporter run on Latin1_General_BIN?
As in no place does the DynamicsGP2010 system requirements mention Management Reporter in the Server Recommendations profile, only mentions Frx which seems strange.
