
Hello Experts,
I have enables both Enable Basic Microsoft Teams Integration (requires system admin permissions) and Enable Enhanced Microsoft Teams integration (requires tenant admin permissions) in the system settings.
Still not able to see integrated teams icon in the CRM. Please suggest.

Have you checked to make sure there isn't a Teams policy interfering, that the user has both a Teams and D365 license assigned, and that there aren't any customizations (form, scripts, flows, plugins), that might be interfering, and security settings are all set appropriately?
