How to install CRM at a customer

Hello,

I'm looking for an advice how to correctly install CRM 4.0 at a customer. I used a 90 days trial key which I wanted to upgrade to a Open licence later. Now I received a MS Open Licence folder with authorization number and licence number. After I use these details on a eOpen web it doesn't offer me any CRM licences.

The distributor told me to use MVL CDs which means I'm not able to upgrade my trial keys other than reinstall CRM.

 Please help what is the best way how to install CRM at a customer or if there is a way how to upgrade a trial key to a valid key as written on the Trial licence download page.

    You can search MS website for Microsoft Virtual PC image with CRM or you can download a trial version od CRM (search CRM trial)

    If you're using the 90 day trial keys you can upgrade to a full license without reinstalling. I know because I've done it. You simply need to go to the deployment manager and enter the new license key there (which I obtained from the eOpen web site). In terms of getting the new license key, the eOpen site should allow you to download the iso of the install disks. On these disks is the licence key in a text file.
