Unable to connect Plugin Registration tool for Dynamic 365 from specific network

I am trying to connect to Dynamic 365 online from plugin registration tool but I am getting the below error from my office network. I can connect with same credentials from my home.

Any workaround or approach would be appreciable even if someone can suggest what should be done by network team to get it done.

    Hi All,

The issue is resolved now. Network team changed the proxy server address from "proxy.companyname.com" to some IP address "111.xxx.xxx.222" to get it done. Some firewall issue blocking the connection.

Nothing was changed in Dynamic 365 or Plugin registration tool end.

    Thanks

    Hi kva888,

Have not found any resolution for this. I am facing this issue in my company's netowrk. It is working fine in clients network :-)

Are you registered as a Deployment Manager as well?

(edit: forget my question. I oversaw, that you are using the online version)

If you click on the "Display available options", and enter your Office 365 credentials does it work?

I have seen error this in previous version of Dynamics Plugin Registration Tool, and that sometimes resolved the issue.

    Let us know.

    Hi Kushal,

Did you find any resolution to this?

I have exactly the same problem on v9.0 with the latest config migration tool downloaded. I am on the client network as well.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    1. I have system Admin role

    2. I have attached the screenshot but there is no IFD option I found.

    3. Using username to log in.(Screenshot attached)

I can connect to D365 from office too but from client's network and using the same credentials and options as in the attached screenshot. When I am switching the port to my company's network, that error message is getting displayed. I am using same version (V9).

    Thanks

I am using version 9 and it is for D365 Online v9. Yes I am using the same version of the tool. Even I can connect to D365 with the same tool from office if I switch the port to Client network. But It is getting this error message when I switch back to my company's port. So I believe some network configuration is blocking it.

    Are you CRM Online v9?

Which version of the Plugin Registration Tool are you using? Is the version that you are using at home the same one that you are using in the Office.

You have to download version 9 of the Plugin Registration Tool from (if you are on D365 Online v9):

    www.nuget.org/.../Microsoft.CrmSdk.XrmTooling.PluginRegistrationTool

Make sure you deployment type specifies Office 365, and you can try choose Advanced to enter your Region, Login and Password. Also, as mentioned previously, you should make sure that you have the appropriate privileges in Dynamics and Office 365)
