smtp mail setup is not running

Dear Experts,

We have two different database but installed on same single server. In one of database smtp mail setup is working fine. But in second database smtp mail setup is not working. When we test the mail. message showing mail sent but we are not receiving the mail on outlook. Please help me to resolve it.

we are using navision 2016 version from 2014.

    Hello,

    Does test E-mail work from SMTP Server page? If there is no error in Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV, it may be happening out side the appliaction.
