Data missing Management Reporter

I posted some general ledger entries in GP and when I run the P/L in MR the entry that I posted is not there.  I see the entry in the Detail Inquiry window in GP.  Is there something else that needs to be done in order to see this journal entry?  The column definition is also correct.  The same one is used for August yet when I run September P/L the data is blank for the month in question.

    Yes after your suggestion and I still can't see the September entry that I just posted in the P&L.

    I am having the same problem in GP2013.  Were you able to find a solution?

    I also am having this issue.  We entered two journal entries and the reports in MR did not update.  The entries definitely posted because I can see them in the account detail in GP.  But the reports do not reflect these J/E's.  I tried Refresh Cached Financial Data and also tested the server connection.  We recently upgraded to GP 2015 and have MR 2012.  Any suggestions, please?

    My problem was due to a mapping error in the row definition.  I used missing account analysis under tools.  Hope this helps!

    Sharon - I am having the same issue.  I have been told to just wait 5 minutes and then reprocess the reports in MR.  Have you received any resolution?

    Juanita,

    Our issue stemmed from having a major snafu when we upgraded.  Our back-up was imported over our live data.  The root cause of the management reporter problem was not having the currency ID set up correctly.  It had been set up correctly before the snafu, but in getting everything repaired, it did not get reset.  We went from GP2010 to GP2015 and had not needed to have currency ID set up before.  Even though I went into GP and set up the currency ID once we realized the problem, it was too late and still wouldn't fix it.  We had to get our partner involved again to repair it.  She ended up copying Management Reporter from our upgrade test environment into the live environment since it worked in test.

    You could also try rebuilding the data mart.  It's fairly easy (I did it a few times before we figured out the currency ID problem) and although it didn't fix our issue, it may help yours.
