Hi,

We use CRM 2011 and we have created a small manual about the sales process followed in our company. We have broadcasted the file to the user base but we have got a requirement to have the Document in the system somewhere easily available, please help me if this is possible, if yes then how.

use kb article or use share point to store the file

We dont use the service module at all hence we cannot use the Kb article, is there any other option?
