Change Picking list registration status Completed to Picked

Dears,

How do I change picking list registration status from 'completed' to 'picked' ? I need this when by mistake I complete wrong picking.

To tell you more, I have already cancelled the packing slip. I am not using advanced Warehouse Management functionality..

Hi,

When you cancel the packing slip, Picking will also be removed and issue status will become 'On Order' again. You need to pick it again.

Check below on your SalesLine.

I am not sure if this what you are looking for. Add your example and screenshots. What you have done and what needs to be done,

Thanks, Vinit, but after pack slip is cancelled, picking list (and route also) registration status remains Completed and there is output order and also shipment active. Are you sure that packing slip canceling should remove picking list (together with its related picking route, output order and shipment as well) and enable re-generation of a picking list again?

Hi,

I had not used the picking list, only the pick process. You can Unpick the quantity you want from picking list registration

Hi Vinit,

You are correct. As I understand it, the unpick operation is only possible before you post the pack slip, because even if you cancel the posted pack slip, it is no longer possible to unpick, because quantity being unpicked no longer has inventory issue status Picked. I would appreciate input on this point, if possible.

Hi,

Once you cancel the Packing slip, you need to generate the picking list again then you can use the picking list registration and complete the process as usual.
