Hello everyone,
I have three different work orders that were generated based on a "Visit Setup" and different agreement numbers from the Agreement Booking Setup entity.
The problem is those WO's got generated without primary incident and customer assets.
I had a look in System Jobs under Agreement Booking Setup and found that as result "This system job was canceled as a result of a user action."
I have also checked the visit setup background processes and found that the workflows were canceled.
For other work orders, the workflow is working fine but I want to understand why for those work orders specifically those fields were not mapped?
Did a user makes any modifications while the process is running?
