Power BI Dashboard option on-premises Dynamics 365 V9 environment

Hi guys,

Anyone have experience on how to integrate Power BI with Dynamics 365 on-premises environment. I have installed the Power BI report server and have enabled Power BI option on Dynamics settings. However, the option to create dashboard with Power BI doesn't show up. It works on online version, but doesn't work on on-premise environment. 

I want to be able to have that Power BI dashboard option on on-premise environment. Is this possible/option available? Thank you

    Hi ,

    I would recommend to build your power bi on the desktop app using OData query as Data source, publish it to Power BI account and then use the HTML of the report and create a webresource in CRM, then add the webresource to the dashboard. That's how I accomplish my requirement.

    Also to inform there is no synchronous auto refresh for this webresource in on-premise org. So you have to re-publish your report time & again.
