How do I display the Quick Create form based on a contact type?

I have 2 types of Contacts- A & B. My contact form (Main) consists of a field called Contact Type with the options A & B. Depending on the options chosen, I have different fields displayed through the business rule of visibility. Now, in my case form, I have 2 fields called Name of A and Name of B of the type 'look-up'. My question is when you want to create a new record for say A, how can I configure my Contact Quick Create form to have only the fields relevant to A along with a field specifying that this contact is of type A.

Then, when I want to create a new record for B from my case form, it should display the Contact Quick create form with fields only relevant for B with the Contact Type field saying this is B. Not sure how to carry this out as I couldn't find any option for creating a business rule in a Quick Create form. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Seems like only unsupported customization can help which is not recommended.

Here's how to add a javascript on quick create forms: www.powerobjects.com/.../adding-javascript-to-quick-create-forms-in-crm-2015

Hi Prashant, my question is more towards in my case form, I have 2 fields.. Is it possible to display two different Contact Quick Create forms (one for Type A and another for Type B) since there is no business rule possible in a Quick Create Form?

For a user to create contact of type a or b, he will first have to click on new quick create form and then specify type on the form.

Are you saying you need two different buttons for quick create contact a and contact b, if yes, it would be unsupported as you would need to place that button on navigation bar.

if you need two different buttons on command bar or somewhere else it seems possible, let me know for further help
