we would like to automate the creation, scheduling and publishing of Social Posts.

Is there or will be there an API in Dynamics 365 Marketing that we can use for this goal?

The APIs for different social posts are provided by the social medias, which can be found in the following location when you switch the types of Social Channel.

LinkedIn: Image Specifications for Your LinkedIn Pages and Career Pages | LinkedIn Help
