Rollup 5 MS CRM 2011

Dear All,

I have installed the rollup 5 of CRM 2011 and facing following issues.

1. Not getting the ribbon in the form

2. Once i click on any entity, it not navigating to the grid view of the corresponding entity

    I have the same issue after installing rollup 5. Have you found a solution to this issue?

    The errors in the logs show the following error message:

    Hi,

    I had the same issue.

    The problem was that the file static\_common\scripts\Global.js probably failed to update during the UR5 installation.

    I copied the file from another server with UR5 that works fine and copied it to my server and the problem disapeared.

    Sorry, I should have updated this sooner. I came to the same solution you did a few months ago by performing a diff on the Web folder from a different installation.

    I assume that this was caused by someone manually editing the global.js file which I guess causes the installer to skip the file. This is just a guess as to the cause, though.
