Hello all,

We are facing one issue with SSRS reports when we export it to word.
Even if the report has more than one pages, it shows, 1 of 1 on all pages in word. However, it shows correct in the front-end report.
I have attached image here below,

//

My SSRS version is 15.0.1102.861.

Please suggest some solution to make this right.

Thanks,
Bhagyashree Dave

    Thank you Girish,

I used this expression and it worked.
    Globals!PageNumber & " of " & Globals!TotalPages

But it is a bit weird that because of a label we were facing this issue.

    Thanks,
    Bhagyashree Dave

Yes, this issue is available in the standard report itself.
From my understanding the label used in the expression is causing the issue.
Try the expression which is given by me in my previous post. This expression works for me, and it is showing correct page numbers.

    Thanks,
    Girish S.

    Hi Girish,

This thing with page number is happening in standard as well as custom reports for us.

we are using below expression in custom reports,
    =Globals!PageNumber & space(1) & Labels!@SYS92595 & space(1) & Globals!TotalPages

Is there any solution for this?

    Thanks,

    Hi Bhagya,

I think the below expression for page number works when exporting it to word documents.
    "Page number" & ":" & Globals!PageNumber & " of " & Globals!TotalPages
Seems you are talking about the standard report - So it must duplicate the report design and change accordingly.

    Thanks,
    Girish S.
