Dear All,

anyone could help give me reference how to create notification.

for example. changes status of PO from Draft to In Review. AX will create notification to specific user.

Set the change based alert rule and assign the user to get notification.

Hi benjamin,

Example : If you want to send the notification based on the purchase order confirmation means

go to the purchase order approval status field and right click the field select the create alert rule

see the below image

once all information mention then click ok, then check it ..
