Does this product exist in Product informaton management module? Can you please share the product screen print of this item? This exclamation mark usally means Your product ID is incorrect or doesn't exist.
Did anyone changed the Original Product number from data management or by using "record info" rename option?
It looks like you have changed the previous item number and added a new number that does not exist in the released products form.

Are you selecting from drop down or you are manually adding number there?
No, error stays. But no issues with Product
Looks like that there was some issue with the item number at some point, and the way to fix it is usually just to remove the line and add it again. Has happened to me many times before and that usually fixes it.
