Warehouse location for Defects

Hi all, 
 
We have a DEFECTS warehouse location which we use to create returns on sales shipments. The items that are posted there have no value anymore. I'm pretty sure that I've seen that there is a checkbox to exclude all items in a specific location from being valued and included on the balance sheet. Have I been dreaming that or not? I jusst want to make sure that defective items will not be included in the stock value.

    As far as I know, there is no way unless you customize the report. However, even if it does not appear in Inventory Valuation, it will exist in General Ledger Entries. . . .
    Unless you use Financial Report and manually exclude this part of the value in it...

    I think you are referring to this functionality "Exclude item from adjustment" I hope it helps you.
