CRM Org Redirect not working on second session

Hi,

I have a question, if we access our On-Prem CRM deployment it automatically redirects to the correct organization and we get our CRM dashboard. However if we open a second window and try and access it again it will not redirect and generates a 404 - Not found error. Is there anyway that this can be fixed?

im wondering how your dns forwarding rules are setup for this to happen, please can you check these as well as the IIS site settings

We have a CNAME pointing the CRM application server in DNS. What settings should I be looking at in IIS?
