Hi,
Try with url http://<Server>:<ClientServicePort>/<ServerInstance>
for example if you are on local server try localhost:7046/DynamicsNAV90 .
You need to specify the server address, client port and the NAV instance; in order to connect to Dynamics NAV database.
Contact your IT administrator for information.
Following is the link format.
http://<Server>:<ClientServicePort>/<ServerInstance>
hi,
look at NAV Guide on MSDN
Configuring the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Windows client in Setup
msdn.microsoft.com/.../dd355300(v=nav.90).aspx
goto C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\service on the server wher you installed the nav service. open file CustomSettings.config. in this file you find all needed parameter values for the nav service url.
in the server select form write then http://server:port/navinstancename using the values from that config file.
Open NAV Administration you can find all the required details.
Take a look to this link: msdn.microsoft.com/.../dd301077%28v=nav.90%29.aspx
Hope this helps! ... and ask to your IT team.
