Hi All,
I have an item which has around 3279 LBS blocked for consumption, which puts my available physical to 30350 lbs as seen below

When I run my MRP, I see the transaction again deducted from the available physical - need explanation on why its double dipping:  Why is system deducting the available physical to Push the accumulated QTY to go -ve.

The problem there is that your On-hand line in Net requirements is not showing the true Physical Inventory. That line should say 6330.78. Have you run MRP or updated Net requirements for that item recently?

    Good day,

I've encountered the same issue as well. In my case, there was an open journal (adjustment, movement, or counting).

Could you check if there is an open journal?

It looks like the MRP is seeing the journal as a potential negative stock adjustment.

    Best regards,
    Laurens van der Tang

This is after I ran the master planning and I ran the master plan today, that's where I got confused as why - On hand Inventory showing -Available Physical than Physical inventory.

On the Net requirements screen, at the top, do Update > Master planning. Make a note of the name of the Master Plan that will be updated (and select your Dynamic plan if you want). Then hit OK.

This will regenerate the data for this item (in the Plan you selected). Make sure Net requirements is showing the Plan you just updated, then check the numbers again.
