    Excellent Sachith Vidanage,

you helped me a lot with this problem; I did a couple of tests and I can say that when I create the workflow in the background the check works but when I execute it at the moment it does not perform the expected action I do not understand why I pass that but the background option works fine.

    gracias a todos.

Drew Poggemann no problem, I followed your suggestion to execute it by the organization, This point also helped me.

    Hi Carlos,

I believe what you want to achieve is to update a field on the Opportunity Business Process flow to “Yes” when a phone call is created for that opportunity. If it is correct you can follow this steps:

Create workflow on Phone Call activity.

Change the update field to your field in the update step.

    Hola Carlos,

Sorry I do not speak Spanish but I do see you are executing this with Ambito of "User" vs. "Organization".  If you are executing as a different user this workflow will not execute to populate.  Is the workflow executing just not setting the flag?  Can you look at the process session that executes and see what it shows happens during execution if it does run?

Overall, sorry it is hard for me to assist with it being Spanish but hope this helps.

    Gracias,
