Hi Community,
Is there any way to enable schedule board for cases in customer Service Hub ?

Schedule board will only be available with Field service application to schedule work orders and resources and not for cases or Customer service hub application.

You can convert your cases to Work Order. Here is reference to view schedule board.

Hi Ankita,
for schedule board, it will applied to Field Service Application. To accommodate your requirement, you need to convert your case into Work Order, so schedule board will applied into this.
