Hi Vinoth,
I'm hardly an expert on Finance and cheques but here's what the manual says:
Go to: Bank > Bank accounts > Setup button > Check layout option
Then go to the Signature tab and activate the first and/or the second signature using the checkboxes. You can also specify the highest amount that eacj signature is allowed.
Click the Signature button to upload (use the Change button) the file with the signature.
There's also a Test button allowing you to preview the cheque layout.
I believe that you need to define the cheque layout settings and upload the signature file for each individual bank account.
Good luck,
George
Hi George
Thanks for your reply.
I have uploaded the signature file for a bank account, but when I am giving a Print test the signature is not coming on the cheque layout.
There is any specific format for the signature.
Thanks,
The DAX help says you can use .bmp, .jpg or .gif files.
I did a little test with a .jpg file - the Print test doesn't display the signature but when a print an actual cheque (in the Payment journal lines), the signature is there, so it works for me.
Thanks George
Also Bottomline Technologies awarding ISV Add-on Create!form for Microsoft Dynamics AX can also help you with this as well as build logic to only show the approriate signature based for example amounts.
