Data upload from SQL Server to Business Central Online

Hi
 
I have a requirement where I have to upload the data from SQL Server to BCO. I am using my own app and I have created some tables and I have to move data from SQL on premise to BCO.
 
In Business Central on Premise I use SQL query to move data from SQL database to BC database but In the BCO it is not possible. I am trying to find the best way to move the data. Any suggestion please?

    Or you can consider using Power Automate, which has standard connectors for SQL and Business Central.

    Thank you all. 
     
    I am looking for SQL Server not BC to BCO.
     
    I can see  the examples are from BC on Premise to BCO but not from simple SQL database to BCO. They are not periodic activities so don't need to build a workflow. I will have around 100 tables (tables can have thousands of records) which I need to push to BCO tables.
     
    I can see Power Automate or Azure logic can be used but I need to explore more.
