Hi All,
Over the last couple of days our Dynamics 365 online system has added around 3GB worth of storage with very not a lot of activity against it to explain it.
I'm loathed to buy more storage before understanding the cause.
Currently we have the MicrosoftLabs.AttachmentManagementSolution setup to move attachments to an Azure storage account (although this was only recently setup relatively recently).
The big consumers of space are attachements 3.8GB (from before the Azure process was setup), asyncoperationbase about 2.8GB and the activitypointerbase about 1.7GB. It's the asyncoperationbase that surprises me. We have no system jobs listed and they are cleared down regularly. I've cleared traces and other areas that I could think would contribute. I've also give it a good 24 hours to see if the storage decreases.
The only thing I can think of is that we have one job "Create index for useridsectionid for entity OrgInsights User Dashboard Definition" that is stuck in 'cancelling' state and related to when we had OrgInsights installed (I've since removed that on the basis that it could be causing the issue).
Anyone else experienced anything similar? Anyone know how to clear jobs stuck as 'cancelling'?
Thanks,
Steve
