Add field to page - different accounts, different options

Hi Community,

We have a situation, where after checking two user accounts, we have noticed a difference in what each account can see/add to the BC page, under General Journals.

The first screenshot is from the account that has all the necessary columns - VAT Date, Document No., Account type, Amount, Amount (LCY), VAT Prod. Posting Group, VAT amount, etc.

The second account is where we want to add those fields:

When I look under "Personalisation" I cannot find the fields like "VAT Date" , "Document No." etc. Are they somehow hidden? Is there a shortcut key showing all available fields and not just the recommended ones?
I have the same question (0)

First check in the Page Inspector if it is the same page in both situations:

Next, check if the 2 users have the same permissions.
Also check the permissions of the user doing the personalisation.

    Hi,

Some fields aren't available to add using personalisation therefore I suspect the fields in the first screen shot have been added by customising the role.

I wrote this blog on how you can do this

    Hope this helps

    Thanks
    Gavin

The 2nd image shows the Simplified version of General Journal.
Please switch to normal version (all columns):

    Hi,

If you inspect the page and see the fields are displayed, then you'll need to go to the user profile and add them

    Thanks
    Ramesh

    Hello,

By way of Personalization if the Fields is not displaying then  you can create an extension using AL code in Visual Studio Code.
