MS CRM solution not importing

Hi there,

We're importing a solution from UAT to Production. When I'm importing nothing is happening, its showing only uploading and it's struct there it is not moving. I waited for 1 hour but it is not moving to next step.

The file size is 1.3mb

Envi. CRM 2016(8.1)

Hi there,

I've override this issue, this may useful some one else.

Whenever this type issue arise, please check below

1. Check whether asyn services running or not

2. IIS server taking processing time

3. CRM/Win server is busy

4. CRM deployed folder has enough space or not.

5. Firewall blocking any request and responses

Okay , i dont see any other reason why it should take time. ( i assume other environment didnt take this much time)

you can try to do an IIS reset and try again ( of course in out of office hours)

Yes. Space is not concern and server is not busy.

its this onprem?

check if server is busy and enough space. it generally takes time because of that. also make sure tracing is not enabled.
