    Hi Visvash,

Welcome to Dynamics 365 (CRM). I am not sure if it would be difficult or not (I haven't worked on Dynamics Ax) but can certainly share some links to get you started :)

You can start with the below link, It's a complete book on CRM basics covers most of the CRM functionality.

    crmbook.powerobjects.com/basics

You can also request for a trial to try your hands on-

You can also post your questions and queries here for any doubts/ question you have.

    Thank you so much Ravi,

My more interest in technical side. Which IDE is used to develop CRM components just like In AX , we use MorphX and Visual studio(for current version) ?? which programming language is used for CRM??

    Hi Visvash,

     how about this:

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../crmdevelopercenter.aspx

I'm using C# all the time. With Web API.. you can probably use Java etc; however, the majority of examples will be using .NET. Also, in order to deploy a plugin to CRM, it has to be a .NET assembly.. so, in a way, you'd better stick to .NET.

On the client side, it's javascript.

Hence, it's mostly Visual Studio for all of us.

I use visual studio 2015 with C#. If you are interested in technical side then the best option for you is to download SDK and go through the samples.

There is no best place to start. But you might start with this sample:

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg594416.aspx

And work from there. As you keep getting questions, just post them on the forums..
