Hello,
There is a standard report in the system - CustCollectionJour(Collection letter note). I'd like the print form to be shown in Swedish language. I changes language to Swedish in my user options, in System Parameters and in Customer Account. Nothing helps. I haven't found anything useful by googling as well. Should I install something in the system?

I think this should be handled from label file itself. Have you added this language in label file?
Hi. I think I haven't added but there are some Swedish label files out of the box. Isn't that enough?

I think the report language will be set at run time.
Refer to the class "CustCollectionJourController" >> runPrintMgmt(Method) - Language id is being set at the run time. Refer to line number 147 and 148.
So, changing the language id from the User option doesn't work either.

The language on the collection letter report is looking at the language set on the collection letter journal. This value is defaulted from the customer.
Thanks but this is very strange. It can't be so that in order to change report language I need to customise the code.

I changed it to Swedish as it's seen on the screenshot but this didn't help. Also all labels from customer's Swedish label file are not recognized by the system and I see LabelIDs instead of value. It seems I need to install something in the system.
I think changing the language from customer won't work here. As I mentioned in my previous reply see the code on the controller class.
Language Id is set from the CustCollectionLetterJour table. So, in that table language id seems to be "en-us" only.
Thank you. I think, further I'll try to sort it out by myself.
Did you test with a new collection letter, or did you create a new one after changing the language on the customer? Like mentioned, the field is defaulted from the customer; it is not the customer language directly.
