Hi Friends,
I disabled a bunch of users who are admin, and expect our enterprise license count to be reduced. But, the # in license report stay the same.
Where could it be wrong?

You should delete those users, not just disable them and then run the report. Removing users doesn't remove their createdby/modifedby stamp on the transactions anyway.

This count is managed by a periodic batch job. Have a look at my blog around this topic: dynamicspedia.com/.../standard-batch-jobs-ax2012

Those jobs are running, but, would disabled user be counted as a license? to free it up, I have to delete them? So far, from Microsoft site, I don't see that.

I ran it again, finally, license count change showed up in report.
