Trail dynamics environment is not loading in environment drop down in Microsoft Cloud solution center

1.Created trail environment by navigating to https://trials.dynamics.com

2. select the env in https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/

3.Trying to get K12 Apps and Higher ed Apps from Open AppSource

Issue: unable to select my environment ( not loading any environment ) to setup solution in the Microsoft Cloud Solution center
