Is there pre-built permission set that must be set first, for a new user, for them to able to login in?
Before using the recording tool add any additional permission set/s, do we need to create a permission set of our own OR is there one already available in Business Central?
- If yes, which permission set?
- if no, do you have one that you could share?
The idea is to not give users unnecessary permissions.

Hi Bill,
There are some built-in permissions sets by Microsoft. Related permissions are related to available Roles in the system. You can copy any of them then you will be able to edit if it's necessary or create a new one by heart.
Usually you need to select permission for the user based on their role in the company.
