We uninstalled all customization but also same issues raises.
As suggested by Mohana, please reach out to your Partner who has developed an extension on this button and resolve this error. This error is not standard but seems more of a customization bug. Some blogs talking about this error

Looks like due to customization in the mentioned subscriber.
