Management Reporter Missing Account Analysis - shows accounts as missing that do not exist

Why does the Missing Account Analysis tool show accounts (i.e., 5002, 5125) as missing that do not even exist in the GL?  MR version is 2.1.9001.11.

    Do you have a reporting tree attached to the report - that contains multiple companies? Could it be that the missing accounts reported are in another company?
