Finding ID In Journal Line

I created a Web Service where I can add a Journal Entry with lines.. As I insert a JE Line from this App D365 return information If successful I get aback 2  ID's.
The journalId is the Journal batch ID which I understand.
 
The 2nd ID is just called ID and this is what I want to find and compare too in the JournalLine Table.

My question is does the 452bd14e-b8b4-ef11-8a6d-7c1e52088a59 ID reside in the JournalLine table and if yes how do I query for it?
 
If not in the JournalLine table where can I find it, what Table?
