Error Deleting Routing Rule Set

Hi Everyone,

Not sure if any has ever had error when deleting a Routing Rule Set. The routing rule set I created was still in draft and hasn't been activated but somehow I got the below error when deleting it:

I have system admin security role and I have tried to clear cache and restart browser, still having the same error. I've tried to do it in a different browser (ie. Edge), I still have the same issue.

Any suggestion is welcome. Thank you all very much.

It's so strange.

Maybe you can try to delete it in old web client, not UCI:

Go Settings > Customizations > Service Management > Routing Rule Sets:

Hi,

We might have issue with UCI. Please try in old web client.

Go Settings > Customizations > Service Management > Routing Rule Sets and check for the rule to delete.
