I want send custom email to accounts. I want when select an account for sending email I can select this email send to which related contacts or send it to all related contacts.

Please help me.

The only way that you can do this is with custom logic, web resources, plugins, etc... Which way to do it is up to you.

We have implemented a similar solution, with a new entity called Email Contacts, that when an account is selected and a record is saved the Email Contacts will display all the related contacts (to account or other entity), and the user can select from there which Contacts they want to send to.

Like I said, there are different possibly ways, but nothing that would allow this functionality out of the box.
