Migrating Enterprise Portal to new SQL server

Hi All,

We want to migrate all the AX R3 CU11 & sharepoint 2013 databases to new SQL server 2014 SP2. 

I know how to migrate all AX components and their configurations except EP.

Can anybody tell me which steps I have to perform to move whole EP and its configurations plus deployments successfully to new database server?
